Directions
Add:
- whipping cream
- vanilla
- bourbon
to a mixer
Mix on high speed until soft peaks form. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Add sugar one tablespoon at a time. Use a lower speed until incorporated so it does not escape your bowl! Scrape down sides of bowl.
Mix on high speed until firm peaks form
Chill until ready to use
Notes
Granulated sugar can be used but you may need to mix longer to dissolve sugar.
